When should I take creatine?

Take it when you will actually remember.

Consistency wins

Morning, evening, before training or after training can all fit. Creatine is not an instant pre-workout boost, so there is no special window you have to hit.

Make it easy

Attach it to something you already do. Take your dose, log it, and get on with your day.

There is no universal perfect window

Research has not established one timing rule that everyone needs to follow. A repeatable time attached to a meal, training session or another daily cue can be more useful than chasing a narrow window.

Use the same cue on rest days

If your training schedule changes, a cue that also exists on rest days may make the habit easier to maintain. The goal is a routine that fits your own directions and is easy to remember.

Pick a time you will remember.

CreaTake can give you a daily reminder, keep your streak visible and make logging a dose quick.
